Rational humans think before they shoot.

Armed humans shoot before they think.

So how can ACdd be compatible with rationality?

Women use their smiles and charm as a weapon.

Men often use weapons like some sort of substitute for natural charm.

So how can ACdd be compatible with beauty?

Then, of course, there's the stink concerning the word 'citizen'. It is not different from the word 'subject' nowadays, and it is certainly a lot weaker a word than when "We the people of the United States..." was an original expression.

I guess that is why the citizens today think they need guns, and all will be just fine... In Montana they instituted "Made in Montana" gun laws, yet they forgot to support the 10th Amendment entirely. Really smart...

The facts of cold, hard reality, are as follows: if you need a job, a gun won't help get you one. You may be able to get yourself some deer or moose meat with a gun in certain areas, but that won't help pay the electric bill.

Moreover, if you have to pay taxes because you do have a regular job, and therefore an income, you can't avoid taxes on the income if you have a gun either.

Cesidian law states that the basic elements that are central to all life today are 8, and in their Latin-Greek root words they are banco, agro, terra, hydro, electro, techno, info, and credo. These 8 'Bathetic' elements in turn correspond with 8 basic rights and freedoms, which are associated with modern basic human needs:

  • Right to Material Value Conversion
  • Right to Access Wholesome Food
  • Right to Own and Use Property
  • Right to Access Clean Drinking Water
  • Right to Energy Availability
  • Right to Benefit from Nonpolluting, Nondestructive Technology
  • Freedom of Ideas or Expression
  • Freedom of Religion and Right to an Advanced Education

A gun is only good to get yourself some meat (wholesome food), and only in certain places, and during certain times of the year, so it only ensures one of the rights above, and partially at best, because man cannot live on venison alone.

What does your ACdd do about the other 7 needs, and the need for a balanced diet?

President Obama should legalise micronations

President Obama should legalise micronations

The following letter was sent to the Honorables Carolyn McCarthy, Kirsten Gillibrand, Chuck Schumer, and Barack Obama:

Dear Decision Maker,

We, the leaders, citizens, or friends of micronations, urge you and President Barack Obama to adopt a policy that encourages the legalisation of micronations as nonprofit legal socio-economic entities, which are owed at least the same real autonomy, and the same fiscal status by governments as churches.

We urge you and President Barack Obama to encourage the development of a new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) code that will grant true micronations, which find approval with a special new agency in the U.S. Department of State, the status of international missions independent of any particular state, which have at least a US-recognised right to exist as alternative governments, and which do exist not for the purpose of profit, but for the nonprofit purpose of fostering community, positive societal change, progress, and freedom.

We ask you and President Barack Obama to grant true micronations the status of legitimate, but not fully recognised missions of autonomous small nations or states.

We do not ask you and President Barack Obama to recognise any micronational territorial claims, or allow for an extension of the letter and spirit of the Vienna Conventions of 1961 and 1963. We simply ask you to enable fiscal and diplomatic policy that would allow genuine micronational missions "to be considered sovereign, until proven dependent", respecting the full spirit of the Montevideo Convention. We ask you and President Barack Obama to allow genuine micronational missions to exist legally as nonprofit organisations; that they be treated like separate-from-the-state churches; and that they be treated as nonprofits for fiscal purposes.

We ask you and President Barack Obama to fully embrace the Montevideo Convention and its premises not just with words, but in its spirit, so as to foster the dignity of even small unrecognised nations or states, and so as to enable the fulfilment of this prophecy:

And the wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. (Isaiah 11:6)

A radically new academic proposal

November 15, 2009 by indigo

As you may know, in the real world (or the counterfeit world, the world I'm not very impressed about, because it is a very phony world), if you are a health-minded person and you discover something that actually works for any health problem, whether it is great for colds, or simply good for keeping your mind as sharp as a tack, sharing your enthusiasm with others about the remedy could be construed as diagnosing or prescribing for diseases or other physical or mental problems. This, in turn, could be used against you, and get you into trouble, because your "friendly advice" can be easily construed as practising medicine without a licence...

This is especially true if you are a person who happens to have a doctorate, whether your degree is an EdD, PhD, DSc, ND, PharmD, PsyD, DDS, or MD; whether your degree is earned or honorary, both degrees having value from a strictly legal viewpoint; whether your degree is from an accredited or highly reputable/ancient university, or from an unaccredited, new, or micronational university.

Without a medical licence, you cannot use signs, ads, or business cards that include the word "doctor" when representing your business or services, because it could get you in trouble. The only people who can state that they can cure, treat or prevent diseases, even if they genuinely can't, and without getting into trouble, are medical doctors (MD) with a medical licence.

At first the word "doctor" meant "teacher". The root of the word doctor is from the Latin word docere, meaning "to teach". That is because the first doctorate degrees meant that you had advanced knowledge, and you were expected to pass it on. So in essence PhDs were the first "doctors". However, the only "doctor" most people saw, unless they were highly educated, was the medical doctor (MD), so as a counsequence of this, physicians now monopolise the word "doctor".

I say it is time to do away with these legally-charged words at an academic level. We micronationalists should stop aping the counterfeit world and create our own conventions. You have more control over the things you create than over the things created by others.

At Saint René Descartes University we are planning on introducing different words for our degrees to completely do away with the system followed in the official world.

Saint René Descartes University will still have three stages of university education, but we will call them differently, so as to avoid any legally-charged word entirely. The three stages we are thinking of introducting are as follows:

Diplomate's Degree - DD
Professional's Degree - PD
Scholar's Degree - SD

For the various kinds of degrees, we will not have degrees like a "diplomate of arts" or a "diplomate of science". This is useless usage today, especially in a world where degreed persons have become more frequent, and the distinction is not so much between the degree levels, but with the degree subject matter.

In other words, Saint René Descartes University will issue a DD in Fifth World Studies, or a PD in Information Techology, or an SD in Salubriology. The most knowledgeable person in his or her field will have a SD, in a specific field; will be called a "Scholar", regardless of his particular field; and will have that degree only because he or she has advanced the "state of the knowledge" in that field. The person who has mastered the field without actually producing anything new will have a PD regardless of his or her field; will be called a "Professional"; and even professional lawyers will not normally have a more advanced degree than the PD, although it may take them longer to earn it compared to PDs in other fields.

No more "doctors" who don't actually teach. In fact, no more use of the word "doctor" either. The really wise ones in any field will be called Scholars. Everybody else with expert knowledge in their field is simply a Professional, and one can assume that a Diplomate, or one possessing a DD, can work at least as an assistant in their field.

Any thoughts?

MPR registers first regular patent

November 4, 2009 by indigo

I am pleased to announce that the Micronational Professional Registry (MPR) has today registered its first regular patent:

Pranageticsεν,εμ,π

Besides being a real professional registry, the MPR also issues independent intellectual property instruments such as Print Monopolies (PM), Enterprise Names (εν), Enterprise Marks (εμ), and MPR Patents (π).

A Print Monopoly (PM) is our version of the copyright, but unlike copyrights, PMs don't expire. Real example of a PM:

Great book, by the way.

An Enterprise Name (εν) is simply a name of a product or company you wish to protect. Real world example:

"The Empress State" (that's Independent Long Island's nickname).

An Enterprise Mark (εμ) is a logo or symbol associated with a product or company. Real world example:

(the Enterprise Mark of the... Enterprise Mark itself).

An MPR Patent (π) is a special MPR right granted to anyone who invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, article of manufacture, or any new and useful improvement on a previous patent. The "process" can be also mathematical/algorithmic, so it can also be a new numerical method or software. However, biological patents are not accepted. Until today there was only one MPR Patent (π) in existence:

Tallini, Cesidio. (2006). Logarithms algorithm for calculating logarithms of any base through a series of divisions.

So far three real published books are covered by Print Monopoly (PM), that is, the "copyright page" contains no copyright statement but a print monopoly statement. There is also an Italian-language micronational magazine which has a PM, as well as several websites, some not even my own.

Several names or logos are also covered by Enterprise Name (εν) or Enterprise Mark (εμ) respectively. Check this page for additional real examples:

New micronational service commences operations

October 27, 2009 by indigo

This morning, via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Airmail service, the following micronations were sent a copy of the book, All Religions Are Cults: And What a Few Good Priests, Monks, Rabbis and Mullahs Can Do About It:

  • Imperium of DeWaCo Estates
  • Nation of Yan
  • Socialist Republic of Zandrovia

Another 8 people or institutions were also sent a copy of my book via USPS, and tomorrow another 8 copies will be sent in the mail as well.

I would also like to report that this morning, two copies of my book were not delivered via USPS.

This morning, for the first time in history, the Fifth World Postal Service (5WPS) hand-delivered two packages and books to Hofstra University, in Hempstead, Independent Long Island (ILI). The 5WPS is probably the first limited, but real micronational mail carrier in existence, and you may avail yourself of this service under specific circumstances:

The City of Cyberterra, a cybercity approaching a territorial metropolitan area in complexity, besides having a time zone or local time, which is Cyberterra Mean Time (CMT) and the UTC + 1 hour standard, today also became the episcopal see of the Bishop of Cyberterra, who is also the Primate of the Cesidian Church. So today the See of Cyberterra came into existence.

"Christians: They Oughta Ban the Bible"

(About a sexually explicit illustrated Book of Genesis by controversial artist Robert Crumb, which features Bible characters having intercourse.)

Article ending:

"Between this, the Christian Bible-burning, and the Conservative Bible movement, I think we might be seeing the beginning of an outlet of Christianity that rejects the Bible outright but somehow still embraces Jesus."

Comment by reader:

"More that we might be seeing the beginning of an outlet of Christianity that rejects the Bible outright but somehow still embraces PAUL. Jesus was a dirty hippy that didn't have proper respect for authority and hung around with prostitutes."
