Well, in further support of the UMMOA Certificate of Citizenship above, on 2 June 2011 the Hon Most Rev Dr Cesidio Tallini also requested the addition of his Ummoagian nationality to his Italian and American nationalities at the registry office of the Consulate General of Italy in New York.
